Amy GibbonsAmy Gibbons - President and Executive Director

Amy Gibbons was appointed President and Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix in November, 1998, overseeing one of the largest Boys & Girls Clubs organizations in the country. Mrs. Gibbons has been involved in the nonprofit community for over 20 years. Prior to her current appointment, she served as the Executive Director of the YWCA of Maricopa County. As a former tennis professional, Amy has been involved with the United States Tennis Association for more than 20 years where she has been involved both as a staff member and currently as a volunteer. 

She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She continued her education at Cal State Long Beach in the Nonprofit Management Program.

Brad KulurisBrad Kuluris - Chief Operations Officer

Brad Kuluris joined the BGCMP with over 14 years of non-profit experience and over 20 years of for-profit business experience. Kuluris is a graduate of Pepperdine University where he studied business and strategic planning. As Chief Operations Officer his primary focus is n leadership, development and management of programs, staff and club operations. He has his own Boys & Girls Club at home as the father of six kids. 

Lariana LesniakLariana Lesniak - Vice President of Resource Development and Communications

Lariana Lesniak has over ten years experience in the non-profit sector. She has been with the BGCMP for six years. She is responsible for promoting the organization's programs and services to foster an expanding donor base; directing the organization's branding and marketing; and overseeing special events and club events to nurture support for the clubs and kids. Lariana holds a degree in communications from ASU and is the proud mother of a two year old.

Bridget McDonaldBridget McDonald - Director of Club Operations

Bridget McDonald oversees the operations of all ten branches including the the Dave Pratt Dental Clinic. She has been with the BGCMP for over 12 years and has close to 20 years of non-profit experience. She holds a degree in community recreation with an emphasis in youth sports and aquatics from the University of Northern Iowa. She has traveled to several parts of the world including Germany to train other Boys & Girls Clubs professionals on Club programs.

Carol SterlingCarol Sterling - Manager of Human Resources

Carol Sterling's primary focus is on the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, with direct oversight of compensation, benefits, recruitment and risk management strategies.  Carol is gratified that the Board of Directors continue to give their full support in providing a fully paid and comprehensive benefit package to employees.  She is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Communication.

Tony SokolowskiTony Sokolowski - Vice President and Director of the Executive Council

Tony Sokolowski oversees the Executive Council, a fundraising arm of the BGCMP. He has been with the organization for over 25 years. He began his involvement with the organization working at the Clubs and eventually served as a Branch Manager. Today he serves as vice president and director of the Executive Council.

Dale WanekDale Wanek - Vice President of Finance and Business Operations

Dale Wanek ensures the budget and resources are legally managed and in accordance with strategic objectives. He also oversees the IT, human resources, facilities and accounting departments. Dale has been involved with finance and accounting for close to 30 years, and holds a degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Nebraska.
