Jeffrey (Jeff) J. Goulder - Chair of the Board of Directors
Jeff Goulder was named Chair of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix in September 2008. He is the head of litigation for the law offices of Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, one of the nation's largest law firms, which serves local, regional and national clients with a full range of corporate, transaction and litigation matters. Mr. Goulder has been a volunteer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix for close to 5 years serving in different capacities. In his spare time he enjoys distance running, and golf.

Amy Gibbons - President and Executive Director
Amy Gibbons was appointed President and Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix in November 1998, overseeing one of the largest Boys & Girls Club organizations in the country. Mrs. Gibbons has been involved in the nonprofit community for more than 20 years. Prior to her current appointment, she served as the Executive Director of the YWCA of Maricopa County. As a former tennis professional, Amy has been involved with the United States Tennis Association for more than 20 years both as a staff member and currently as a volunteer, and introduced tennis to Venus and Serena Williams.
Mrs. Gibbons is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She continued her education at California State Universtiy Long Beach, in the management of nonprofits program.
