| Club History: The Louis & Elizabeth Sands Branch was built in 1985. The Sands Branch is located in a area of the Valley with a high population of kids under 18. The Club offers an after-school program for youth aged 6-18. It is conveniently located across the street from a local elementary school so that children can benefit from the Club's life-changing programs.
