The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose sole function is to preserve and grow an endownment fund dedicated to the support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix. The Foundation may elect to make a sizable contribution to the operating budget of the Clubs.

The Foundation receives gifts of cash, securities, life insurance, real estate, and collectibles from individuals in all walks of life. Funds may also be gathered through bequests from estate plans (wills/trusts) as well as partial interests in retirement plans (401(k)/IRA). These gifts offer many benefits to the donor and his or her family, as well as support for the future of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

The Foundation's Board of Trustees is comprised of some of the most respected financial minds in the metropolitan Phoenix area. The Board of Trustees volunteer their expertise and time to ensure the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix has the funds to provide "The Positive Place for Kids" now and well into the future.
