3. Bring this membership form along with your membership fee to the Club and you are ready to have fun and learn new skills.
Our Club dues average $30 per child per year so that ever kid can participate. No child is every turned down from the Club because of his/her financial situation. Tuition assistance is available at all Clubs. Ask the staff for more information about this program.
