The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix plans a variety of special and fundraising events. Our special events are a great opportunity for the community to impact the lives of youth while also enjoying great and unique events. Following is the current special events listing.

36th Annual World of Flavor Taste 2010 sponsored by University of Phoenix
Westin Kierland Resort

WHAT: The Executive Council has been hosting Taste, a celebration of food & wine, for 36 years. The Taste, Phoenix’s premier spring event, is attended by over 6000 upscale guests and is held at Kierland Commons. Over 50 restaurants are featured along with more than 300 domestic and imported wines.

WHEN: and WHERE:  The Champion's Dinner & Auction honoring Luis Gonzalez will be held on Saturday, April 10th at Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale from 5:30 p.m. to midnight. On Sunday April 11th, enjoy the Valley's best food and wine at The Taste, 6:00 - 9:00pm, at Kierland Commons. Monday, April 12th, take a swing at The Tommy Bahama Sunset Classic Golf Tournament starting at 12pm at the Kierland Golf Course.
