• Proceeds from your donation will fund the programs of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

Your auto donation qualifies as a Charitable contribution for tax-purposes for you if the auto is titled in your name.

IRS rules stipulate that the donor is responsible for determining the value of the donation based on the fair market value of the vehicle on the day of donation.

Additional details about the program . . .

The title must be signed over to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix by the owner(s) listed on the title, and must be notarized. The vehicle must have all the necessary parts to run even if it isn’t working at the time of the donation. At least the fron or rear tires on the vehicle must have air so the vehicle can be towed.

If there is a lien holder showing on the title (even if the lien has been paid) you must also provide the original lien release. If you believe the value of the vehicle being donated is worth $5,000 or more, you must have it appraised before donating it.
