He is a U.S. Marine Veteran and received his Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Public Administration degrees from Arizona State University. Vonn and his wife are the parents of two boys.

The credentials of our staff expand beyond experience and education, encompassing the diversity and values of the communities we serve. We hire directly from the local community; fifty percent of our professional field staff are ethnic minority, reflecting the many faces of the community. We provide opportunities for growth and development among our youth members, and find that many chose to continue their professional career growth with us, adding direct and relevant value to our programs. Continuous training in professional development, as well as our affiliation with Boys & Girls Clubs of America helps keep us abreast of regional and national trends.
