We hire directly from the local community; fifty percent of our professional field staff are ethnic minority, reflecting the many faces of the community. We provide opportunities for growth and development among our youth members, and find that many chose to continue their professional career growth with us, adding direct and relevant value to our programs. Continuous training in professional development, as well as our affiliation with Boys & Girls Clubs of America helps keep us abreast of regional and national trends.
